PureSoul Panama Retreat is located one hour outside of Panama City on the Pacific Ocean.  Panama City is a metropolis with a population of 2 million that is diversified in culture and boasts a thriving economy. The drive to PSP Retreat is a scenic tour unto itself.  We are located in the province of Panama and in the vicinity of a small and modern beach community with ocean and mountain views.

A healthy diet plays a part in the total holistic experience. We provide as much totally organic food as possible.  Our menu is meatless, (for those who desire 100% vegetarian, no problem).  The local produce and seafood is fresh and organic.  We ship any supplies not available here from whole food sources in the U.S.  The diet typically includes teas, juices, fruits, vegetables, sprouted grains & breads, tofu and fish dishes.  We are wheat, sugar, and dairy free. (Though there is a stick of butter in the refrigerator).  We especially like the beach BBQ with local seafood and tofu sausages. The kitchen is open all day for those that wish to snack.  You know the phrase, “Mi Casa Su Casa”. If you are not already oriented to health food, you may learn recipes to take home and implement in your daily life. Local dining is a must and sunset views overlooking the ocean are breathtaking and too good to pass up.
